Daytime Cleaning
Three Cs Cleaning normally only offers daytime cleaning. Daytime office cleaning is when the cleaning is undertaken during usual office hours. To some, this may seem disruptive and an inconvenience – however there are some advantages to this method which are worth considering. The four primary benefits to daytime cleaning are:
- It reduces the number of hours that your office has to be lit, heated and staffed – reducing utility bills by between 4 and 8%,
- It offers a more responsive service as cleaners are available throughout the day as the building is in use. Studies have shown that where the office staff build a working relationship with the office cleaner, the offices tend to be kept in a tidier manner.
- It reduces the number of complaints around the cleaning delivery as employees see the cleaning being done and can build a rapport with the cleaning staff.
- It reduces security requirements as there is no need to cover cleaning shifts outside normal hours, or issue keys or alarm codes to the cleaning team.
